Banking industry adaptability to emerging technologies 2023

After spending almost 3 decades in the industry and seeing, hearing, practicing, winning and loosing in the industry, i can safely say in 2022 we are still at arms length from that “digital utopia” we can keep aspiring to. This is despite the fact that the “utopia change” in fact had come forcefully at our door step without warning.
